“Today I will do what others will not, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others cannot.” — Jerry Rice
That quote has been on our minds ever since returning from Home Care Evolution (HCE) in Houston last week, and for good reason. The event delivered exactly what we needed at exactly the right time.
A Fresh Spark for a Team That’s Committed to Excellence
For those of us who’ve attended HCE before, stepping into that room felt like a reset in the best way. It was refreshing, motivating, and full of the kind of energy that reminds you why this work matters. We came home with new ideas, sharper strategies, and a renewed focus on the mission we serve every day: helping people live safely, confidently, and comfortably at home.
We also had team members attending HCE for the very first time, and watching their experience was powerful. There’s something different about seeing the home care community gathered together with one shared purpose: to grow, improve, and raise the bar.
They witnessed the culture, the leadership, and the passion that fills the room at HCE. They saw what happens when a team commits fully to growth. And they left inspired by what’s possible, both for themselves and for the future of home care.
Big Ideas That Push the Industry Forward
What makes HCE special isn’t just the content, it’s the conversations. They’re innovative, bold, and designed to push you to think bigger.
Every discussion sparks ideas that lead to:
- Top-quality care
- Stronger systems
- Better leadership
- Smarter growth strategies
- A clearer view of where home care is heading
HCE challenges you to look ahead and ask the right questions:
- What will it take to stay at the forefront of an industry that continues to evolve?
- How do we scale without sacrificing care?
- How do we lead teams with purpose, clarity, and high standards?
It’s the kind of environment where excellence becomes the expectation, not the exception.
We also want to give a genuine thank you to Steve “Hurricane” Weiss and the entire Home Care Evolution team for putting together what we believe is the best event in the home care industry.
The presentations were outstanding, and we’re especially grateful for the insight shared by Jen Gasper, Scott Weiss, Nick Bonitatibus, and many others. The quality of the content, and the intention behind every moment, always stands out.
And of course, Steve has a way of challenging everyone in the room to rise higher with his famous question:
“Are you in—yes or yes?”
That mindset is contagious, and it’s a big reason HCE leaves such a lasting impact.
