On Tuesday, April 14, we had the pleasure of attending the 33rd Annual CMSA Chicago Conference, held at the beautiful Drury Lane Theater in Oakbrook. This year’s event brought together case management professionals from across the region for a full day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.
With a fun sports-themed twist, attendees were encouraged to show their team spirit—and we were all in on the theme, choosing golf as our inspiration. From subtle nods to the sport to full-on fairway flair, it was a great way to spark conversations and bring some extra energy to the day.
Beyond the theme, the conference delivered what it always does best: meaningful connections and valuable insights. We had the opportunity to engage with passionate professionals, exchange ideas, and discuss the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Events like CMSA Chicago remind us how important it is to stay connected, continue learning, and support one another in delivering high-quality care.
A big thank you to the organizers for putting together another fantastic event. We’re already looking forward to next year—until then, we’ll keep our swings sharp and our focus on helping seniors and families navigate care with confidence.
