Since opening our doors in 2006, Platinum Care Group has proudly served seniors and families across Chicago. What began as a small, privately operated agency has grown into a trusted provider known for compassion, reliability, and true partnership with the communities we serve.
Over the years, we’ve supported thousands of families, built strong relationships with facilities and healthcare partners, and expanded our programs — including our new Wellness Companion Program, designed to help individuals stay safe, connected, and independent.
