This innovative tool is designed to bring caregivers, clients, and families closer together by creating a one-stop hub for all things related to home care.
Caregiver Launch: September 3, 2025
Beginning September 3, 2025, the PCG App will roll out exclusively to our dedicated caregivers. With this first phase, our care team will have easier access to:
- Service details for Senior Home Care, Personal Care at Home, 24-Hour Home Care, Companion Care, and Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
- Job openings and application tools
- A central communication channel to stay connected with Platinum Care Group
By equipping caregivers with streamlined tools, we’re enhancing quality of care and building stronger support systems for our clients.
Public Launch: End of September 2025
- Later this month, the PCG App will open its doors to the public. Families seeking care will be able to:
- Learn about Platinum Care Group’s services
- Connect directly with our care team
- Prepare for the rollout of our Care Circles feature, expected in October, which will give families real-time insight and updates about their loved one’s care
